Job Description

Project: We are looking to appoint an individual having multiple construction and building trade skills including to carryout construction and building work within specific time and quality standards. To help with overall onsite safety including recording issues on the SHE online and to assist the Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Undertake a variety of tasks in constructions, alteration, maintenance and repair of buildings.
  • Steeples, industrial chimneys
  • Craftsmanship and construction work
  • Laying floor joists to creating the framework for buildings
  • Preparation and verification of bills
  • Keeping record of each construction site and ensuring that all material is used

A general builder is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. They read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work and construction schedule, prepare cost estimates, and secure new construction contracts.
