Job Description

Providing personal care to customers in the community.
To provide care in accordance with best practice
and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and
procedures and agreed standards under the direction of
the Care Coordinator. To support and enable Service
Users to maintain skills and interests whilst delivering
person-centered care unique to each individual. To
maintain skills at a current level, undertake such
training and development as required from time-to-time
to maintain and progress knowledge. The successful
candidates will be working 39 hours per week. They will
be paid an hourly rate of 10.75 with a gross annual salary
of 21,801.
