My main duty as an Accounts Manager in the Sales Design Unit is to supervise and manage the sales activities for our design-related goods and services. In this position, I’m essential to creating and keeping solid customer connections, maximizing sales prospects, and hitting revenue goals.
As an Accounts Manager, I am also in charge of creating and presenting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and making sure that orders are processed accurately and on schedule. In order to offer perspectives and suggestions for ongoing improvement, I also keep an eye on market trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer feedback.

Motivates team members. Provides help to management, including mainly in training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Ensure adapting to change and push the team as well, work closely with the supervisor supporting with tasks and deadlines.
Provide exemplary online chat services support to our potential customers to ensure all the queries are answered in timely and seamless manner.
My main responsibility as a Contact Centre Executive was to deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. I was the customer's initial point of contact, answering questions, resolving problems, and making sure they had a good experience.
