Develop a growth strategy for the business to endeavour to have a base in London and the Midlands. Conduct research to identify new markets within domestic
construction and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective commercial clients. Promote the firms services addressing or predicting clients objectives. Preparing and reviewing service contracts. Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoicing etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and financial forecasting reports. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Mon- Friday: 09:30- 17:30

Salary will be 27500 per annum
