Job Description

Job Description

Providing personal care to customers in the community is a critical and rewarding role. It involves ensuring that every individual receives the highest quality of care and support. Our commitment goes beyond just meeting the basic needs of our Service Users; it encompasses delivering care in a way that aligns with best practices and legislative requirements. This requires a dedicated team of caregivers who adhere to established policies and procedures, as well as agreed-upon standards, all under the guidance of our Care Coordinator.

Our focus is on empowering Service Users to maintain and develop their skills and interests. We believe in offering truly person-centered care that recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. This approach enables us to tailor our services to meet their specific needs and preferences, promoting a sense of dignity, respect, and independence in their lives.

To ensure our caregivers stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and continuously improve their knowledge and skills, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities. This commitment to professional growth is vital for maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring the well-being of our Service Users.

Successful candidates will work full-time, dedicating 39 hours per week to their role. They will receive a competitive hourly rate of $10.75, resulting in a gross annual salary of $21,801. At our organisation, we value our caregivers and recognise the invaluable contribution they make to our community and the lives of those we serve.
